1. Use of the Studio

Crafty Rose Social Studio (the "Studio") is a private application for managing the social media accounts of Crafty Rose Gifts. Access is limited to the owner of Crafty Rose Gifts. It is not available for sign-up or public use.

The Studio connects to third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, through their official APIs. Use of each platform through the Studio remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including:

All content published through the Studio is created and approved by Crafty Rose Gifts, which is responsible for it. Content is published only when the owner chooses to publish or schedule it.

4. Availability

The Studio depends on third-party services. Publishing, scheduling and statistics may be delayed or unavailable if a platform changes its API, limits access, or experiences an outage. The Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
